What We Do / Global Staffing & Talent Solutions

One partner. Every skill. Any country.

Anyone can send you CVs; fewer can vouch for the engineer. Four engagement models run as one resourcing engine contract, permanent, managed pods and field dispatch screened by the same practitioners who run cloud, security and service desk engagements for our clients, employed compliantly wherever the work is, and measured on the terms a managed service is measured on.

Four models. One operating standard.

Most resourcing failures are a model mismatch: a fixed-term contractor bought for a permanent capability, or a permanent hire opened for a nine-month project. Each model is priced and structured separately so the commercial shape matches the demand. Pick a model to see what's inside.

Where it pays first: leadership, architecture and any role where continuity of knowledge is the point

MODEL 03 OF 04

Managed Capacity Pods

A small squad with a lead, a defined output and an SLA — you buy the outcome per month rather than a set of individual timesheets.

  • Pod sized and shaped to a defined backlog or service scope
  • Named pod lead accountable for throughput and quality
  • Priced per pod per month against agreed output measures
  • Internal cover for holiday, sickness and attrition
  • Reporting on cost per ticket, per release or per resolution
  • Clean path to a full managed service if scope stabilises
  • Ramp-up and ramp-down agreed before mobilisation
  • One governance model across every pod you run
Per podpriced on output, not timesheets
Built-incover for leave and attrition
SLAgoverned from month one

Platform ecosystem: Client ITSM and DevOps toolchains · ServiceNow · Jira · pod-level throughput reporting

Skill families staffed: Application support · platform and SRE engineering · SOC shift teams · migration and release factories

Where it pays first: sustained workstreams where the output matters more than the headcount that produces it

Your hiring manager needs one engineer. Seven parties stand between them.

A single open role touches a job description, a recruiter, four agencies sending the same three CVs, an interview loop, a background check and an in-country employment entity and every hand-off is a place where time, context and the good candidate get lost. Around three in four employers globally report difficulty filling skilled roles, a shortage that has stayed structurally high for a decade. The business doesn’t see seven parties. It sees a delivery date slipping.

Keyword screening, not competence

Generalist recruiters filter on certifications because they have no way to test whether an engineer can hold a production estate together. The real technical filter lands on your hiring manager.

Right person, wrong country

Finding the engineer is half the problem. Employing them legally in Poland, Singapore or Brazil by month-end is the half that quietly stalls programmes.

CV volume as a substitute for judgement

Four suppliers, one shared database, the same three profiles. Volume creates the appearance of a market and consumes the hiring manager’s week.

Talent and delivery bought separately

Contract labour from one vendor, managed services from another, and no shared accountability for whether the work actually got done.

The result: roles open for months, delivery dates renegotiated, and a resourcing spend that grows every year while confidence in the hire falls.

Why Teceze

Four reasons resourcing works better here

01.  Vetted by the people who do the job

Candidates are assessed by practising Teceze engineers running the same workloads for enterprise clients — live estate troubleshooting, triage judgement under alert pressure, production data handling, on-site execution to a runbook. Keywords don’t survive that conversation, and the assessment reaches you in writing rather than as a recruiter’s summary.

02.  Employed in-region, compliantly

Physical presence in 40+ countries and delivery capability across 135+, with employment, payroll and statutory compliance handled as standard rather than sub-contracted at the last minute — including a 480-engineer, 30-country programme run to one governance model for five years. Where we hold no entity, we say so at brief stage and quote the partner route explicitly.

03.  Measured like a managed service

3–5 day vetted shortlists, a maximum 3:1 shortlist ratio, 30-day replacement cover at our cost, 30/60/90 scorecard reviews with your hiring manager in the room, and monthly reporting on time-to-fill, attrition, utilisation and total cost of resource — commitments written into the contract, not the pitch.

04.  One path from a body to an outcome

Contract augmentation, managed pod or full managed service — the same people, the same supplier, no re-tender and no loss of the individuals who learned your environment. Conversion fees taper to zero, and the eight case studies above are what that continuity looks like delivered.

Let’s build your resourcing plan

Start with a working session with a Teceze practice engineer and a resourcing lead and leave with role scorecards for your two hardest open requirements, a market rate benchmark and realistic time-to-fill for your target countries, and an honest view on which roles should be contract, permanent, pod or managed service.

Talk to the resourcing team

A staffing agency’s product is the introduction. Ours is the capability. Teceze runs cloud, security, service desk and infrastructure engagements for enterprises every day, so candidates are screened by practitioners who do the job rather than by recruiters matching keywords. The same team can also take accountability for the work itself which means a contract requirement can become a managed pod or a full managed service without changing supplier, renegotiating a framework, or losing the people who learned your environment.

Five controlled stages, each with an owner, a timestamp and an exit condition. Brief and scorecard a practising engineer converts the requirement into a costed role scorecard and target-country rate benchmark within 48 hours, so the technical bar is agreed before sourcing starts. Sourcing and practitioner assessment candidates are tested by an engineer who does that job daily and the assessment is written up. Shortlist a maximum 3:1 ranked shortlist with written assessments, typically inside 3 to 5 working days for mainstream enterprise IT skills, rather than a CV flood. Compliance and onboarding background and right-to-work verification, in-region employment and payroll established before day one, adding a further 5 to 10 days depending on clearance level. Review and retention 30/60/90 reviews against the agreed scorecard with your hiring manager in the room, and monthly reporting on time-to-fill, attrition, utilisation and total cost of resource.

For mainstream enterprise IT skills in markets where we operate, a technically vetted shortlist typically lands within 3 to 5 working days of a signed role brief, with onboarding and screening adding a further 5 to 10 days depending on clearance level. Contracts include a defined replacement window 30 days as standard: if a placement fails against the agreed role scorecard inside that window, we replace at our cost rather than re-billing the search. Scarce, cleared or multilingual profiles are quoted with their own timeline at brief stage rather than absorbed into an optimistic average.

Contract engagements can be priced on a transparent pay-rate-plus-agreed-margin basis or as an all-in bill rate, whichever your procurement team prefers the open-book option exists precisely because rate opacity is the most common complaint enterprises raise about staffing suppliers. Permanent search is a percentage of first-year package against staged milestones rather than a single up-front invoice. Managed pods are priced per pod per month against a defined output, which moves the conversation from hourly rates to cost per resolution, per ticket or per release.

Teceze holds physical presence in 40+ countries and delivery capability across 135+, with in-region employment, payroll and statutory compliance handled as standard rather than sub-contracted at the last minute. Our largest multi-country resourcing programme mobilised 480 engineers across 30 countries under a single governance model and single reporting spine, sustained over five years at 98.7% and 99% SLA across the two towers. Both exit paths are contracted from day one: contract-to-permanent conversion uses a pre-agreed fee that tapers to zero over the assignment, and where a function stabilises the same individuals can move onto a managed service governed by SLAs and outcome pricing instead of headcount.

Elasticity is contracted, not improvised. On one global manufacturing programme, dispatch and scheduled-service volumes grew four-fold in a single year and were absorbed inside the existing model at 100% SLA with zero reschedules no scope renegotiation and no premium-rate escalation. Embedded on-site teams carry a contractual backfill guarantee for unplanned absence, which is how we sustain 100% resource availability through leave and attrition — including on a 14-engineer team that simultaneously delivered an 87-site survey programme without disturbing the run service.
