The quote took a day. The other eleven weeks are the problem.

Procurement is measured on unit price and judged on delivery date. Between the two sit an OEM lead time nobody verified, a freight forwarder with no visibility, a customs regime that needs a local legal entity you don’t have, and a laptop that arrives unconfigured for a joiner who started on Monday.

Spend fragmented across regions and resellers means no aggregated volume, no benchmark and no leverage — you are quoted a discount you cannot verify.

Lead times you learn about late

Availability is confirmed at order and discovered at the dock. Every slipped ship date lands on a project plan that was built assuming the quote was a commitment.

Borders are where rollouts stall

No local entity, wrong HS code, unbudgeted duty, batteries flagged as restricted goods. The kit exists — it is sitting in a bonded warehouse two countries away.

Assets nobody can account for

Devices deployed without serial capture, licences renewed for people who left, disposal with no certificate. The register drifts until an audit finds it for you.

The result: unit prices that look competitive, a total cost nobody can reconstruct, and delivery dates the business stops believing.

Why Teceze

Four reasons procurement holds together here

01.  Vendor-neutral by design

We hold no OEM allegiance and earn nothing from steering you. Every line is quoted competitively across Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, Cisco and regional distribution, then benchmarked against market data — so the discount you are shown is one you can verify.

02.  Warehouses, not just a portal

45 warehouses across 25 countries, 48,000+ item movements a year and physical presence in 40+ countries. Customs clearance, importer-of-record cover and DDP delivery are ours to run — which is why rollouts don’t stall at a border they weren’t expecting.

03.  Landed cost, agreed up front

Hardware, freight, duty, staging and delivery modelled before the purchase order, not invoiced afterwards. Finance gets one number to plan against and an auditable breakdown behind it — the difference between a saving and a surprise.

04.  Procurement joined to delivery

The organisation that sources the device also stages it, deploys it, supports it in life through service desk and field engineers, and retires it with a certificate. Procurement stops being a hand-off and becomes the first step of a lifecycle we already own.

Get In Touch

Find out what your estate actually costs to land

Start with a two-week procurement and landed-cost review: your current spend by vendor and region, benchmark pricing on your top lines, lead-time and customs exposure, and the licence renewals coming at you this year.

Talk to the procurement team

We hold no OEM allegiance. We source across Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, Cisco, Microsoft and regional distribution, quote competitively on every line, and benchmark the result against market price data. Where a single-vendor standard genuinely lowers total cost, we will recommend it with the numbers attached rather than the badge.

Delivery capability spans 135+ countries with physical presence in 40+ and warehouse coverage across 25. We provide importer-of-record and exporter-of-record services where you have no local legal entity the usual reason a global rollout stalls at a border. Country-by-country feasibility, duty exposure and lead time are confirmed in writing before you raise a purchase order.

Through a customs brokerage network and our own depot infrastructure: HS classification, duty and tax calculation, clearance documentation, restricted-goods and battery handling, and DDP delivery to site or desk. Landed cost — hardware, freight, duty, staging is modelled before the order rather than invoiced as a surprise afterwards.

Two models. Either a transparent service fee on top of pass-through hardware cost, so you see the actual OEM price and what our handling costs, or an all-in landed price per line where you prefer one number to reconcile. Both are quoted against benchmark data and both are auditable. Which fits depends on your volume and how your finance team wants the spend to appear.

Yes. Device-as-a-Service covers hardware, staging, day-one delivery, in-life support and swap, scheduled refresh and certified end-of-life recovery in one per-device monthly price. We operate DaaS estates from 1,300 devices across mixed Windows and macOS to 5,000+ devices in a regulated clinical environment, sustaining 98.5–98.9% SLA.

Retirement runs as a compliance control: secure collection with chain-of-custody tracking, certified erasure to NIST 800-88, physical destruction where mandated, e-waste-certified recycling, and a certificate filed per asset. On one global programme we retire roughly 10,000 assets a year with 96%+ certified data-wiped at 99% SLA on five-business-day batches and return residual value through structured buyback.

Because we touch the asset at every stage, the record is written as a by-product of the work rather than reconstructed later: serial captured at staging, tag applied before despatch, movement logged at delivery, swap and return recorded, and destruction certificate attached at end of life. We reconcile against your CMDB and report drift rather than quietly absorbing it.

Sourcing and quoting can start within two weeks of catalogue and approval-workflow sign-off. Depot staging and configuration typically go live in four to six weeks depending on build standards and enrolment tenancy access. Full steady state including asset register reconciliation, licence baselining and vendor consolidation runs on a 90-day transition.
