Teceze delivered cloud infrastructure modernization, consolidating on-premises systems into a hybrid cloud architecture with enterprise-grade disaster recovery and 24/7 monitoring.
TechVision Bank is a leading financial institution headquartered in Singapore, serving over 2 million customers across 15 countries in Asia-Pacific. The organization delivers retail banking, corporate lending, and investment services through digital and branch channels, with annual transaction volume exceeding $500 billion.
TechVision Bank operated a fragmented infrastructure spanning 15 data centers across the Asia-Pacific region, with aging on-premises systems, inconsistent security controls, and limited disaster recovery capabilities. Uptime varied inconsistently across regions, with legacy infrastructure unable to meet the 99%+ SLA requirements financial transactions demand, leaving the bank exposed to reliability risk that a modern institution couldn’t absorb.
Regulatory compliance exposure compounded the technical risk: Basel III capital requirements, SWIFT security standards, and local banking regulations across multiple jurisdictions all required consistent enforcement, but fragmented infrastructure made consistency difficult to guarantee. Disaster recovery times sat at a 4-hour RTO with manual failover processes — unacceptable for operations that run 24/7 — while high infrastructure maintenance costs left the bank unable to scale dynamically as transaction volume grew. The bank needed a foundation that could unify infrastructure, standardize compliance enforcement, and modernize disaster recovery simultaneously rather than address them one at a time.
Rather than a disruptive lift-and-shift, Teceze implemented a phased hybrid cloud migration, consolidating workloads while maintaining regulatory compliance and continuous operation. Migration moved in tiers rather than all at once — non-critical systems first, transactional databases second, and real-time trading engines last sequencing risk so the systems that could least afford disruption moved only once the pattern had been proven on lower-stakes workloads.
From challenge to transformation, the solution included:
Tiered migration approach—Tier 1 non-critical systems, Tier 2 transactional databases, Tier 3 real-time trading engines—sequenced to minimize business disruption.
Active-active disaster recovery across AWS Asia-Pacific regions with sub-minute failover for critical systems.
Basel III capital monitoring, SWIFT audit controls, and encryption standards built directly into infrastructure-as-code templates.
Dedicated infrastructure team across India and Singapore providing round-the-clock monitoring and incident response.
“Teceze didn’t just move our systems to the cloud—they fundamentally transformed how we operate. The combination of technical depth, regulatory expertise, and round-the-clock support gave us confidence to accelerate our digital transformation. Six months in, we were already seeing cost savings; today, our infrastructure is our competitive edge.”
