Great software is only as good as the screen people meet it on. We design that screen first.

Teceze Product, UI/UX & Experience Design pairs user research and interaction design with the same delivery discipline we bring to application development and modernization. We turn business requirements into wireframes, clickable prototypes and documented design systems that are validated with real users and handed to engineering ready to build, so the products you launch or modernize get adopted instead of abandoned.

Six disciplines behind every screen we ship

A good looking interface that nobody understands is not a design win. Product, UI/UX & Experience Design is built to reduce friction at every step from first user interview to production handoff, and to give you evidence that the design actually works before it is built.

User research & discovery

Interviews, surveys, contextual studies and analytics reviews happen before any screen is drawn, so design decisions reflect how people actually work rather than assumptions.

Insight before pixels

Information architecture & user flows

Complex processes are mapped into clear journeys, navigation structures and task flows across web, mobile and B2B interfaces, so users always know where they are and what to do next.

Fewer clicks, less confusion

Wireframing & interactive prototyping

Low fidelity wireframes move quickly into clickable, high fidelity prototypes in Figma, letting stakeholders and users react to the real experience long before a line of code is written.

Validate before you build

Design systems & UI design

Reusable component libraries, typography, colour and interaction patterns keep every screen consistent, cut design and development time, and make future releases faster to ship.

One system, every product

Usability testing & validation

Moderated and unmoderated testing, heuristic reviews and A/B experiments catch friction early, so the cost of a fix is a design change rather than a rebuild after launch.

Tested with real users

Accessibility & inclusive design

Interfaces are designed and audited against WCAG standards from the start, so your applications are usable by the widest possible audience and easier to defend in compliance reviews.

Built for every user

The case for design is an adoption case, not a taste case

These are the ranges we typically see once research led design is applied to a product or a modernization programme. We baseline your current experience during discovery, then track these against your own usage data.

35 to 50%
Faster time to prototype

Clickable prototypes replace lengthy specification documents, cutting the gap between an idea and stakeholder sign off.

30 to 40%
Fewer usability defects

Issues caught in user testing before development, instead of being reported after release.

2X
Faster design to build handoff

Documented components and design systems mean engineers spend less time interpreting screens.

4.5/5
Typical usability score

System Usability Scale rating we aim for on interfaces validated through this process.

Design work runs in four phases alongside your build timeline: discovery and research, flows and wireframes, high fidelity prototyping and testing, then a documented handoff into development.

A single embedded designer is limited by the hours in their week and the skills in their own toolkit. Product, UI/UX & Experience Design gives you a full discipline: researchers, interaction designers, UI designers and testers, working inside our wider Application Development & Modernization delivery rather than as a separate workstream. Practically, that means research, design and engineering stay in the same plan and the same backlog, so nothing gets designed twice or built against an out of date screen.

Both. We design new products from a blank page when you are building something for the first time, and we redesign or extend interfaces for legacy applications that are being modernized under the wider Application Development & Modernization service. For modernization work, the design phase runs alongside discovery and code mining, so the new interface and the new architecture are planned together instead of one following the other months later.

Figma is our primary tool for wireframes, prototypes and design systems, with Sketch and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects, used where a project calls for it. Our designers also work with a basic understanding of front end technologies such as HTML, CSS and modern JavaScript frameworks, so every screen is designed with build feasibility in mind, not just visual appeal.

It depends on scope. A single application or product typically moves through discovery, flows, prototyping and testing over a few weeks. Larger modernization programmes run design in parallel with the wider phased modernization lifecycle, so timelines are agreed against your architecture roadmap during the assessment. Either way, you see working prototypes early rather than waiting for a single large design reveal at the end.

That is what the design system is for. Components, spacing, typography and interaction states are documented and handed to engineering directly from Figma, and our designers stay involved through development to review builds against the original screens. This is also why we favour clickable prototypes over static mockups: what stakeholders approve is much closer to what actually ships.

Yes. Product, UI/UX & Experience Design is delivered as part of the same Application Development & Modernization service, so it plugs directly into an existing modernization programme, whatever stage it is at, or runs as a standalone product design engagement if that is all you need right now. We will confirm the right entry point during the assessment rather than asking you to restart a project that is already underway.
