No. We build automation inside the frameworks and platforms you already use, Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit or similar, so your existing scripts, test data and reporting history remain usable. Where a tool is genuinely holding delivery back, we will recommend a change, but that is a decision we would make together during the assessment, not a precondition.

A pilot framework covering your highest risk workflows typically takes four to six weeks, in four gated stages: discovery and baseline, framework build, pilot execution, then scale out across the remaining suite. Each gate has agreed exit criteria before we move forward. Ongoing releases continue on schedule throughout. During pilot execution, automated and manual results are compared side by side so you can confirm the automation matches or beats current accuracy before it takes over a suite.
