The client is a healthcare organisation focused on improving patient engagement through connected digital experiences. As patient expectations for accessible, responsive healthcare services continue to grow, the organisation required a scalable cloud platform to support digital communication, patient services, and secure information exchange while maintaining strong data protection, compliance, and operational resilience
The client is a regulated financial institution undertaking a digital transformation programme to modernise customer-facing banking services while maintaining critical core systems within controlled and compliant environments. The organisation required a secure hybrid cloud foundation that could support faster digital innovation without compromising regulatory obligations, data protection, operational resilience, or the stability of its existing banking infrastructure
AGCO was undertaking a first-generation outsourcing of its EUC field services, the first time internal teams and processes were handed to an external partner. There was no existing outsourced baseline to benchmark against; every process, SLA, and escalation path had to be designed and proven live.
The engagement called for a rapid ramp-up of skilled field engineers across 95 sites in 25 countries, several with restrictive labour and compliance environments, spanning multiple languages, time zones, and site types, from manufacturing plants to corporate offices.
Teceze approached the transformation with a security-first, automation-led strategy: establishing a compliant hybrid cloud foundation, standardising workload deployment, embedding controls throughout the lifecycle, and improving resilience without disrupting core banking systems.
From manual provisioning to a governed, automated cloud foundation, the transformation included:
Built a multi-account or subscription landing zone with identity federation, network segmentation, encryption, central logging and policy-as-code.
Created standard blueprints for web, API, data and integration workloads, including private connectivity to core banking systems.
Automated evidence collection for configuration, vulnerability, privileged access, backup and change controls to strengthen audit readiness.
Implemented multi-zone resilience, tested recovery patterns, immutable backups and cost governance aligned to application ownership.
Because the environment operates within a regulated financial services context, governance was embedded into the platform rather than treated as a separate review activity. Automated controls, central visibility and regular validation helped maintain compliance while enabling faster delivery.
| Capability | Control | Focus |
|---|---|---|
| Identity & Security | Federation, encryption & privileged access | Secure access and data protection |
| Cloud Governance | Policy-as-code & configuration controls | Consistent compliance across environments |
| Operational Resilience | Multi-zone recovery & immutable backups | Tested recovery and improved RTO |
| Cost Management | Standardisation & FinOps governance | Application-aligned run-cost optimisation |
“The transformation gave us a more consistent and controlled way to adopt cloud services without compromising the security and regulatory requirements of digital banking. Faster provisioning, automated compliance controls and improved recovery capabilities have helped us move with greater confidence while maintaining strong operational resilience.”
— Representative client perspective
The engagement is delivered through a coordinated transformation model. Teceze provides the cloud engineering, platform automation, security controls and resilience capabilities required to establish and operate the hybrid cloud foundation, while the financial institution provides business, regulatory and architecture oversight to ensure the platform aligns with digital banking requirements and controlled core systems.
With the first six months establishing a proven operating rhythm, focus shifts to consolidating that foundation as the contract enters its next phase.
