We already own AV hardware from several vendors. Do we have to rip and replace?

No. The audit maps every room against your standards and sorts it into three buckets: keep and monitor, upgrade in place, or replace at end of life. Most estates only need 15% to 25% replaced immediately, usually the rooms already generating the most complaints.

Who owns support: you, our AV integrator, or our internal IT team?

We do, end to end. Room issues land in the same service desk queue and SLA clock as any other IT incident, and we hold the vendor relationships behind it, including the codec manufacturer, the display warranty and the cabling contractor.

How do you support rooms across multiple countries and sites?

Monitoring and remote remediation run 24/7 from our delivery centres in India, the US and the UK, which hand over to each other around the clock. Anything needing hands is dispatched through our global field engineering network, from the same ticket, against a response SLA set for that site.

What does the IoT layer actually give us beyond better meeting rooms?

Three things a room booking system alone can’t. Real utilisation: occupancy and people counting sensors show which floors, desks and rooms are genuinely used and at what size, and clients typically find 25% to 30% of space is the wrong size before a lease decision. Operating cost: HVAC, lighting and cleaning driven by actual presence rather than a fixed schedule. Experience data: air quality, temperature and noise readings that explain why a floor gets complaints.

How is it priced: per room, per site, or per user?

Managed service is priced per room, per month, tiered by room class, because that’s the unit you can actually plan and forecast against. The IoT layer is priced per connected device, per month in bands, with the gateway and platform cost carried per site. Deployment and hardware are quoted separately as project spend.
